Simply place the template behind the page as you write. The bold lines show through just enough. Book Insert size: Large 5.5 x 8.5 inches with 208 pages / Small 4.25 x 6.25 inches with 220 pages Weight with book in cover: Large 1.6 lb / Small .80 lb. Large Journal is a great fit for standard A5 size notebook fillers. It has a medium firm temper which will get soft and supple with use, while still keeping it’s structured shape.
